New Citizen-led Effort in Michigan Wakes Up Voters

A new movement for gerrymandering reform has gained traction in the wolverine state.  Voters will be asked to approve a system whereby average citizens will be tasked with creating voting districts in the state, instead of the partisan Republican-led legislature. If allowed to proceed to the vote this November, this has the potential to re-make Michigan politics. Voters Not Politician

The Theft of the 2016 Election Becoming Clearer

More data and general information about the stolen election of 2016 is coming to light.  It has been clear for some time that there were major problems with the announced vote totals as compared with the exit polls.  The table below summarizes these anomalies.   Over the coming days and weeks I plan to have more evidence to present here. Then it will be a matter of understanding why this information has been suppressed and why the rest of us have often found it so hard to believe an election in the United States could be stolen.  For now, I will simply say we are not so good as to be immune from vote manipulation, and indeed we never have been.  It's just that the vote manipulators have become extremely sophisticated.  This should not surprise us.  As I say, I hope to show why this is so beginning now and continuing in the future.  2016 Presidential Election Table

Suppression of Suppression

...there has been shockingly little national attention paid to the spoiled election process in Michigan. The writer below asks Why are the media and the Democrats refusing to see and report the obvious?  How could the popular vote loser (and the election was not even close) still attain the White House? America should be outraged.   (Please click "Read More.") Suppression of Suppression

Evidence of Vote Suppression 2016

The Nation magazine did post on line last fall an article on Republican vote suppression in the November elections.  We know there were many new laws put in place with the purported aim of preventing so-called voter fraud, but which were really intended primarily to suppress the Democratic vote. How do we know it?  We know this, first, because of the extreme rarity of voter fraud (a voter attempting to vote in the name of a dead person, for example -- or voting in two different states).  Second, it is primarily those of color and the elderly or the young who do not possess required forms of identification. The referenced article gives mostly anecdotal evidence, but the stories do give an important clue that all was not right with the election last fall -- to say the least. Election 2016: Early Forensic Study

"Anchors and producers received mid-afternoon exit polls before voting ended on Tuesday afternoon, and those numbers showed Mrs. Clinton with a small advantage, particularly in key states. " This quote, from The New York Times  of November 9, 2016, gives an indication of a discrepancy between actual vote totals and those officially reported by states later in the day and evening.  Greg Palast, well-known international journalist, has pointed out that the greatest surprises occurred almost exclusively in states with Republican state office-holders. This blog will continue to report on news and analysis about the Presidential election of 2016, which some are saying was stolen, not for Hillary Clinton, but for her opponent.
